- Obama’s health care reform does absolutely nothing to limit abortions. In fact, when given the option to specifically exclude federal funding for abortions under this bill, the Senate Finance Committee voted to NOT add such wording.

- FOCA eliminates virtually all state and federal laws meant to limit and reduce abortions, nullifying more than 500 current laws. It establishes a broader and more absolute Federal right to aborting a child than even Roe v. Wade.
- FOCA requires that YOUR tax dollars be spent to support not only the birth of healthy babies, but also the abortion of unwanted babies through Medicaid.
- FOCA makes performing abortions mandatory for medical professionals at any public hospital, regardless of personal beliefs, with grounds for legal action for refusal.
